What it costs.
Sessions are booked by the hour, so you only pay for the time you actually want. Everything below is a starting point — length, outfit changes, and how far there is to drive are what move it.

- Two hours, as many outfit changes as you like, two or three locations. Same price the whole year round.

- Hourly with a two-hour minimum. Long nights like prom usually run around $1,350, and a second camera can be added.

- No two are alike, so these are worked out case by case.
Every session includes a downloadable gallery of high-resolution edited photographs. There is no set number and nothing held back — they are simply yours. Prints, albums, and canvases can be ordered from the same gallery whenever you want them, and nobody will ever chase you about it.
Anywhere inside about thirty minutes' drive is included; further out gets quoted. Galleries are ready within seven to ten days and usually sooner. No deposit — a date is held on your word.

About Heather
It started with her own kids.
Heather grew up in Moyers and has been in Durant for more than twenty years. Sixteen years ago she picked up a camera because she wanted better pictures of her own children — that turned into photographing other people's, and then into the work she does now.
What she is actually after is the person. Seniors, families, anyone she can get to know a little in the hour or two she has them — the connection comes first and the photographs come out of it. That is the difference between a picture someone keeps on the wall and one they scroll past.
Most sessions happen on location, scheduled around the light and the season rather than a backdrop, which is why no two look alike. When one needs a second camera or an extra set of hands, it comes from family — usually her husband Chris — never a stranger you meet on the day. Every gallery is edited and delivered by Heather herself.
Every client gets the edited digital images. Not as an upgrade or an add-on — they are yours. The online gallery is there if you also want prints, canvases, or albums, but nobody has to buy anything to end up with their photographs.
Away from a camera she is usually reading, sewing, in the middle of a craft project, tending plants, or working her way through a thrift store two towns over — most of it with family and friends.

Nobody hired her for these.
Rodeos, odd light, whatever is happening in a field on a Tuesday. The work she makes when there is no brief and no client — which is usually where the ideas for everything else come from.
